Preschool Assistant Teacher/Float
Join Our Team as an Assistant/Float Preschool Teacher!
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a full-time or part-time Preschool Assistant/Float who brings positivity, patience, and a can-do attitude to the classroom. If you love little ones, enjoy a playful and supportive environment, and are ready to jump into a role where every day is full of smiles and silly moments—you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the lead teacher during classroom activities and routines
- Helping with crafts, games, stories, snacks, and outdoor play
- Keeping the classroom tidy and organized (a little cleaning here and there!)
- Encouraging kindness, confidence, and connection among our kiddos
- Being a warm, dependable presence for both children and staff
- Pitching in as needed to qkeep the day running smoothly

Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
- High School diploma
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate interaction with young children
- Ability to communicate in a professional and appropriate manner with children, parents, and staff
- Must absolutely love kids and have a heart for learning and teaching
- Experience with basic meal preparation & meal planning
Part time position - 20 - 35 hours per week

Substitute Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated, positive & upbeat Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our rockstar team.
Elevate Musical Preschool focuses on a music & academic curriculum promoting learning, discovery, and joy. We're big on kindness, friendships and lots of confidence building! We have a friendly & fun-loving atmosphere at Elevate and we hope you'll join us!
Our Preschool:
- Is open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
- Runs year-round
- Provides a nurturing and loving environment
- Has small class sizes (max 12)
- Has 2 classes currently
Job Description:
- Lead teacher in the classroom as needed
- All classroom planning is done for you
Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
- Associates degree in early childhood education or higher
- Possess a current certification as a child development associate or similar status; or a certification from a Montessori teacher training program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a love for children, positive attitude & great work ethic
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate interaction with young children
- Ability to communicate in a professional and appropriate manner with children, staff & parents.
- Ability to perform work independently under general direction of supervisor.

Fill-In Music Instructor
Elevate Rock School is looking for a go-to list of talented instructors on guitar, drums, piano, vocals & bass guitar who we can call on to teach in place of one of our regular instructors as needed. Substitute teachers must have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. A music degree is an added bonus.
Elevate calls on our subs when teachers have planned vacation or when they are ill. We will work around your schedule so if you are available at some point during our regular teaching hours and you want to share your talent on a part-time basis, we'd love to have you on our list of amazing subs!
Part time position - As needed - usually during our regular teaching hours - Monday through Thursday 3 - 9pm.
